Questions

What investors ask

Do I need to live in Italy to own an Italian company?

No. Many shareholders and directors of Italian companies live abroad, and most steps can be completed through a power of attorney.

Can a non-EU citizen invest in Italy?

Generally yes. For some nationalities the reciprocity condition applies: I check it for your country at the start.

How long is the Investor Visa valid?

The visa is valid for two years and the residence permit can then be renewed for three more, as long as the investment is maintained.

Can you work with my accountant?

Yes. I coordinate with your lawyers and accountants at home and with tax advisers in Italy, so the legal and tax sides fit together.
