This policy explains how personal data are collected and used through the website www.laaziz.it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.

What data I collect
Browsing data
The systems that run this website collect some data as part of normal internet use, such as IP addresses, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These data are not used to identify visitors, although they could allow identification if combined with other data.
Data you send me
When you use the contact form or write to me by email, I receive the data you choose to share: your name, email address, country of residence, preferred language, the description of your matter and any document you attach. Please share only what is needed for a first assessment.
Why I use your data and on what legal basis
- Browsing data are used to run the website and keep it secure, on the basis of my legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- The data you send me are used to reply to your request and to take the steps you ask for before a possible engagement (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without them I cannot reply.
- Where required, data are kept to comply with legal and professional obligations (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
How long I keep your data
Browsing data are kept for the time strictly necessary for technical and security purposes. Requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. If you become a client, your data are kept for the periods required by the rules governing the legal profession and by tax law.
Who receives your data
Your data are handled by me and, where needed, by people working with me under a duty of confidentiality. Technical providers such as the hosting and email provider process data on my behalf as data processors. Data are not sold or shared for marketing. If a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, data are transferred only with the safeguards required by articles 44 to 49 GDPR.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to their use and to receive them in a portable format, by writing to fl@laaziz.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
